Best restaurant in town! No kidding! I have tried lots of Shawarma restaurants, and wanted to give this one a try. I am very picky when it comes to my chicken and Falafel. So here is my say on this one. November 6, 2019, 12:15 PM, I ordered a plate of Chicken Shawarma, the portion was big. I told myself ‘no way I will finish this in one meal’, I dipped in Wow! The salad taste fresh, the chicken is so addictive, juicy, tasty and light. Excellent amount of seasoning, you can taste the chicken and the flavour, 20 minutes later I ate the whole plate,,, it’s and achievement, a great Shawarma spot! If you are looking for great Shawarma, try this authentic Lebanese fresh eatery and you’ll be very happy! well done ‘Shawarma Stop’ chef and team. Thank you, I really enjoy my meal. Had a delicious lunch at Shawarma Stop. The owners are super nice & welcoming. The food was so delicious! My husband loves the falafel wrap and the chicken wrap was so good. Highly recommend!
I am always looking for new food experiences when I travel for work and Markham is a great city to do this. When traveling for work this week we tried the Shawarma Stop based on a recommendation from a coworker. I was not familiar with shawarma but they offer several options of meat (beef, chicken, lamb) and you can get a wrap or salad. I opted for the wrap and got everything on it, even the hot sauce. It was delicious. I would definitely go back. It was also pretty reasonable for the amount of food. The service was great too. I assume the owner made our food and he was really friendly and helpful when ordering.
My go to take out shawarama wrap. Good portion for its macro . Family owned and they are super friendly. Wish they open Sunday as well

I've eaten here many times and its always good. The dinners are huge meals. The chicken is good but the beef is a stand out for me, friendly service and very quick too.
Our go-to Shawarma place! We always order the chicken or beef shawarma poutine - it is consistently delicious. The fries are always made fresh and stay crispy, even under the generous amount of sauce! The shop is run by a cute older couple - they are super kind and never fail to put a smile on my face! :)
